• Attend meetings (online) and stay in touch through group-messaging
• communicate clearly and concisely the necessary information to sector members
• Maintain a collaborative and efficient relationship with other executives with regards to the progress of the team as well as personal progress
• Willing to learn and grow, reflect on previous work and actively apply those to improve themselves and the organization’s performance
• Actively participate in SciMed in Action's events and programs whenever possible and observe for improvement from the lens of that sector
• Finish work before the set deadline and communicate the changes or the inconveniences as soon as they come up with the CEO or the COO
• Live in Canada
